Your email address (for sign-in codes and receipts), optional display name, subscription status, and service usage records (downloads, exports, credits). Footage you upload is stored privately for your account only. Payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
We set a session cookie to keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics for aggregate usage (pages visited, approximate region, device type) and Microsoft Clarity for anonymized heatmaps and session replays that show how the site is used — Clarity masks text you type by default. Both set their own cookies. We run no advertising trackers and don't use this data to identify you.
Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), DigitalOcean (hosting), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (usage measurement and heatmaps), and Tawk.to (live chat support — it sets its own cookies and stores messages you send us). Sound previews are streamed from Deezer's public API when you use the editor. Each processes data under its own terms; we share only what each needs to function.
We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Email support@larpbase.gg to access, correct, export, or delete your data — deletion requests are honored within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, billing, or enforcement reasons.
We process data to perform our contract with you and for legitimate interests in running and securing the service. We disclose data only when legally required (e.g., to authorities under a lawful request) or to enforce our terms.
Material changes to this policy will be announced in-app or by email.
